Five days whipped, when refrigerated 
Yield
Four times liquid volume 
PREPARATION
 
  • Store frozen until ready to use
  • Thaw under refrigeration (38°F, 3°C) for 48 hours
  • DO NOT REFREEZE
  • Shake well or stir after thawing
  • Pour into chilled bowl
  • Fill whipping bowl 1/4 full
  • Whip on medium speed for best yield
  • Product is finished when it begins to pull away from side of bowl.
