CONCENTRATED TOPPING BASE

CHARACTERISTICS

The PREMIUM QUALITY Concentrated Topping Base.  Delicious, lightly sweetened with a creamy taste.  Yield: Unmatched over 4:1

PERFORMANCE

STABILITY after whipping a cut above.  One day at room temperature.  Five days refrigerated.  Will not crack or form a crust when frozen.

VERSATILITY well beyond the rest

Mild flavor and lighter color bring out all your favorite flavors and colors by producing greater contrast in your finished product.  Very compatible with many dairy ingredients, fruit juices, fillings and liquors.

HANDLING

Store refrigerated and unopened for up to six weeks.  When completely thawed, whip at medium speed until gloss disappears, and topping just BEGINS to pull away from side of the bowl!  Topping may be finished for 10-30 seconds on high speed.

Basic recipe: Two parts Topping to one part cold water in a chilled bowl filled to a maximum of 20% capacity.
